I think God is here in Delhi tonight.

There's no other explanation for this tremendous feeling.

A temperate breeze blows. The evening is balmy. Birds circle the sky. A pale sun sinks slowly. All is well with the world.

The streets below are a bustle with people. It is a youthful crowd - beautiful and vibrant.

These beauties float thru these streets like they own them.

Because they do. They do own them. 

A fight broke out between a mean girl and three beta males. I had my money on the mean girl. Unfortunately, it never came to blows. The crowd was heartbroken. We all wanted to see it go live. Always bet on the mean girl - always. 

As I suspected, God lives in India.

We've been working some things out. I have a few questions for the almighty - one of which is reincarnation.

Do I have to return to Earth?

It's a lovely place, and I enjoy my life, but I'd like to check out eternity for a while.

Not that I'm ready to die now, but when I do, I should like to hang out in Heaven.

However, if I must return, let it be with good fortune.

I respectfully refuse to be born in Dharavi, Kibera, or any slum situation.

Also, I’d rather not participate in war, violence, or natural disaster. I’m delicate.

Someone was telling me yesterday that it's possible to reincarnate as something other than human - like a dog or a rat or even a roach.

Wouldn't that be terribly ironic!

Outside, the city sleeps. Dogs bark. I am told not to venture out after dark, lest I meet my maker sooner than I care to.

So, I'll leave the darkness to the barking dogs and the eerie stillness.

India, you are a mystery - a beautiful, multi-dimensional mystery.
